Jessica K. Meyer

Jessica received her Juris Doctorate from Willamette University in 2005. She is a highly
experienced attorney and has specialized in probate and estate planning since 2006. Jessica is dedicated to helping families navigate legal matters related to wealth preservation and transfer. In addition to her private practice, Jessica serves as the Linn County Justice of the Peace and the City of Albany Municipal Court Judge. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys running, gardening, and spending time with her spouse and four children.
Hannah F. Silverman

Hannah received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon in 2020. She began working in probate and estate planning in 2023. Hannah is committed to providing compassionate and efficient counsel, ensuring clients understand their options and feel secure in their future planning. In addition to her work with clients at the firm, Hannah serves as a criminal defense court appointed attorney in Lane County. Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys hiking and cooking.
Melissa R. Morse
Legal Assistant
Melissa received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Oregon State University. She has worked as Jessica Meyer’s dedicated legal assistant since 2017. Melissa plays a crucial role in drafting and managing estate documents, facilitating communications between attorneys and clients, and providing efficient support to clients and our team alike. Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys indoor gardening, crafting, and round and square dancing.
